This policy explains what information Ultimate Travel Bookings collects, why, and what rights you have. We keep data collection to a minimum.
Who is responsible
The data controller for ultimatetravelbookings.com is Paula, an independent sole proprietor based in the Netherlands. For any privacy question or request, contact info@ultimatetravelbookings.com.
What we collect
- Server logs. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.
- Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site, loaded only after you accept cookies and never for logged-in users.
- Email list. If you subscribe, we collect your email address via Klaviyo to send you the content you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Affiliate links. When you click a link to Airalo, Economybookings, Kiwitaxi, Tiqets, Trip.com, or Amazon, that provider may set its own cookie so it can credit any booking or purchase to us. That cookie is governed by the provider’s own privacy policy, not ours.
- Email. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply. We do not add you to any list unless you separately subscribe.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent for analytics and marketing cookies, and on legitimate interest for the basic, secure operation of the site. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site cookies in your browser.
Third parties
We share data only with the services needed to run the site, such as our hosting provider, Google Analytics once you have consented, Klaviyo if you subscribe, and affiliate networks when you choose to click an outbound link. Each has its own privacy terms.
Your rights (EU/GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@ultimatetravelbookings.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
